  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
    • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    • Customized or stitched outfits
    • Used, worn, or altered garments
    • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)
    • Accessories (if any)
    • International orders (unless defective)

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and product images. Once verified and approved, we will arrange for pickup (where applicable). All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval for refund or exchange.

  4. Refund and Exchange Options
    After quality check approval, eligible customers may receive:
    • Store credit (valid for 6 months)
    • Exchange with another product
    • Refund to the original payment method (only when applicable and approved)

  5. Cancellations
    Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
    If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours with clear image or video proof. We will replace the product or provide store credit after verification.
